Who is She?

Jude is a native New Yorker who first felt inspired to imagine a world other than her own and put it down on paper in a third grade open classroom at  P.S. 13 in Corona, Queens.  She holds a B.A. in English from Marymount Manhattan College and an M.F.A. from Emerson College, where she was mentored by Andre Dubus III (House of Sand and Fog, Garden of the Last Days).  Jude has attended the Sewanee Writers’ Conference (2002, 2006) and the Sirenland Writers Conference in Positano, Italy (2010).

As you read this, Jude is working on her third and latest novel, while her previous novel, What Hurts., sits on various desks of various editors at various publishing houses, batting its eyelashes and waiting to be discovered.

Despite a restless spirit and an unquenchable passion for travel, Jude still calls New York home and lives there blissfully with Ken, her significant other and muse extraordinaire.
